Broadway Days makes every effort to eliminate redundancy among offering and reserves the right to restrict certain menu items or brands/merchandise that another vendor specializes in.
(Vendors will be responsible for paying Health Department fees and must comply with standard health code requirements. Fees will be collected upon inspection by Health Department.
BOOTH PHOTO & LAYOUT:
Please attach at least one (1) photo of your booth or a diagram of your unit on a separate sheet showing the following information: Location of serving windows, electric box, etc.
We will only provide 110W electrical service, generators are allowed. We encourage everyone to bring some type of lighting for their booth.
In consideration of being permitted to take part in Broadway Days, the participant hereby releases, absolves, indemnifies, holds harmless and waives all claims against the Broadway Days Board for any losses or injuries of any kind whatsoever arising out of the operation of the participants booth or business.
